John W. Campbell Best New Writer Award

It looks like someone's trying to compile a list of eligible authors for the John W. Campbell Award. After some confusion over what exactly the list is that's being created (an eligible list, a nomination list, a grocery list), it was firmly impressed upon me that this is an eligibility list, NOT a nomination list. So, if your first professionally-published story or novel came out in 2005 or 2006, you are eligible for the 2007 Award and can be added to the list. This does not mean that you have been nominated. But if some person sees you on the eligible list, and is eligible to nominate you, then it's possible you could be nominated. matociquala has the person to email here.
