Update! (Don't die from shock now.)

Yes, an update. Life has been hell. Adding this extra class as a temporary thing (he says after starting his third week of doing it) has really cut into my writing time. I managed to finish off chapter 12 today though, hence the update. I pushed Varis over the edge, so chapter 13 should follow fairly quickly, if I can just get the time to sit down and actually write it. Hopefully no later than the middle of next week, if not earlier. Action, action, action! And I've been told that the problem has been resolved and I should be handing that extra class back into the appropriate hands by the end of next week.

I'm not holding my breath.

I taught for a semester at a local community college. I was teaching two classes, one in the morning and the other in the early afternoon. Then this other part-timer left his class in a huff because the department head reminded him in a letter that he had to keep office hours. Like an idiot, I agreed to take over his class, which was a night class, which meant that I was so tired because my home wasn't close enough for me to go home and take a nap since I had to get up early in the morning for the one class, and had to stay very late for the other class. Ugh! At least I made more money.
