CONTEST!!!

The online bookshop Clarkesworld Books is running a contest for The Skewed Throne in which you can win a free signed copy of the book PLUS a "dagger pen". Since the assassins in the novel use a dagger as their weapon of choice, the dagger pens seen in this picture:



seemed like an obvious additional prize to go along with the signed copy. Only one of the pens pictured will be used in this contest however. I haven't selected the one that will be used yet though. Check out the official contest rules here. You can order a copy of the book here. Good luck!

Too bad the pen part isn't in the hilt, rather than the blade. Then you'd have dual functionality! You could be sitting there, writing-- and then a flick of the wrist, and you're in business!
