Today is the release day PAR-TAY for [livejournal.com profile] benjamintate's new book WELL OF SORROWS! Things are progressing well with set-up . . . except for the usual snags that are preventing the actual set-up. Oh, things like no keys to open up the space, tables flying off of trucks even though they were tied down, the space being filled with carpentry tools and sawdust, etc. But it progresses. I've got all day to finish that up before Ben Tate makes his arrival and the party can begin. If you were in the area and would like to come, just RSVP (even though it's after the deadline, I can still get you in; I have connections). We'll see how the rest of set-up goes today. We want to be done with it all by 5pm.

There promo for the book goes well so far, from what I can see. All of the reviews and ratings have been positive. Thanks to everyone whose taken the time to do a review or rate the book! One of the best ways to help is to post a review on Amazon.com or BN.com or Goodreads, etc. So if you've read the book and have something to say, please post a review or rate!

You can also post the following graphic. HTML code is beneath it.

OK, ROUND-UP TIME! Here's what I've seen posted in the way of reviews or interviews or guest blog posts, etc from Benjamin Tate. If I've missed anything (especially if you've done something yourself and I haven't seen it), let me know and I'll include it in the next set of linkages!

[livejournal.com profile] jimhines: An interview about pseudonyms.
[livejournal.com profile] controuble: A review of the book.
[livejournal.com profile] fireun: Get PERSONALIZED copies from tonight's release party if you can't make it; an interview with Ben; and a review of the book.
APEX Book Company: A guest blog post about the preferred structure of a trilogy.
[livejournal.com profile] gillpolack: A guest blog post regarding some of the historical aspects that went into WELL OF SORROWS.
GoodReads: A review on Goodreads.
[livejournal.com profile] anghara: An interview about the book and writing.
[livejournal.com profile] arhyalon: A guest blog post about how WELL OF SORROWS came about.

More to come in the future! Now, off to the party space to start putting things together!

Thanks for the notice. I've taken it down and changed the settings so that hopefully no more spam will appear in the future. Not as open a community as I'd like with the new settings, but oh well. It's still pretty open.
