jpskewedthroneWell, the last day he's been eating more on his own and drinking as well. He's still not eating as much as we'd like, but he seems to be getting better. We aren't force feeding him anything anymore. He's acting more like normal, so we're hoping that whatever was wrong, it's on the mend. Thanks to everyone for sending good thoughts this way!

Date: 2009-10-31 03:39 am (UTC)I had finches that were sick. Never thought I'd get so attached. I spent 80 bucks to try to find out what was wrong with them. They were losing feathers. Turned out they were plucking their own out of stress due to these field mice were getting in the house. But I never knew because they came at night.
I can't talk about the rest. Just make sure there aren't any holes in the house and no predators around at night.
