Writing Update

Well . . . I managed to get quite a bit of writing done, even with the heat. See, these thunderstorms blew in and cooled it down quite a bit. I've been writing since pretty much my last post (with a break for lunch) and managed to give Varis and the rest of the crew the wrong impression about what's happening. I need to get them back on track within the next 3 chapters, but I'm going to have some fun first. I think. We'll see. I'm happy with the production today, and hit a good place to stop, so I'm taking a break. Hopefully I'll get a good chunk done tomorrow before the Seattle trip. Here's the wordage:

Ha! Perhaps right now. But I'm off to Seattle on Wednesday, so watch the progress come to a screeching halt.

Hopefully I'll start seriously knocking off this novel when I get back. A good solid month with no trips or anything like that.

But thanks for the encouragement. I'm settling into the novel, which is why the wordage picked up a little.
