Always, always, always. High when I needed the roll low; and low when I needed the roll high.
This is why I quit playing. I'd always die, then sit around waiting for someone to resurrect me or something. Or I'd not die because I was always in the back, hiding behind the pillar, casting firebolts or something after the monster was dead and there was absolutely no way I could possibly get hurt.
