So the cover of SHATTERING THE LEY (coming July 1st) has now hit the online bookstores, which is good, since I think the cover rocks and will help people to notice the book AND also help get them to preorder their copies. (Seriously, preorders really help the author, so if you know your going to get the book regardless, please preorder.) Here's the Barnes & Noble link and here's the link to Amazon.com And just in case you missed it earlier, here's the actual cover:

My pleasure! I just finished rereading the Throne books so I was already lamenting that I wanted a new book by you ;-)

You do know that I wrote two books under the name Benjamin Tate, right?

Yep :-) I've read both of them and enjoyed them. A new book is to be very much looked forward to though!

Steven Martiniere really did a great job with it. I couldn't be happier.

Oh, that's great. I'll pre-order. The cover of my upcoming book (Empire of Dust - a Psi-Tech Novel, DAW, November 2014) has been done by Stephan Martiniere, too. His portfolio is amazing. I was so pleased that Sheila G suggested him and I love my cover. I'm at Eastercon at the moment but will post it as soon as I get back.

Fantastic. Thank you.
I should take a moment to say that I really appreciate your book blog.
Will you be coming to the London Worldcon in August? Perhaps we'll get the chance to meet up.

I will be at the London Worldcon in August. Looking forward to it. (It happened to fall BEFORE my fall semester of teaching started, which was nice.)

I'm a little behind on the book blog. The last month or so has been rather hectic with school, writing, working on the anthology, etc. Trying to catch up though.
