Minor Rant

jpskewedthroneOK, so I've got this con coming up and I want to start promoting my book coming out in January. My plan was to make up bookmarks or postcards or business cards using the cover art to hand out to prospective fans. Anyway, I've been waiting for 3 weeks for the file of the cover art to arrive from DAW. I emailed after it didn't come the first week and found out it had slipped their minds but they said they'd get it out right away. I waited another week, then emailed again, and was told it would be here on Thursday. So far, it hasn't arrived.
There may be a reason: I moved. They may have mailed it to my previous address. However the people I've spoken to KNOW that I've moved, KNOW that the address they should be using is the Binghamton one, and we've already had one thing sent to the old address with numerous emails sent assuring everyone I did get that but they should use my new address in the future.
AAARRGGGHHHH!!!
Anyway, I'm going to resort to scanning the promo cover art I have and then getting something made up from that. I'm also going to try to get the scanned parts up on the web so I can FINALLY open up the website for public view. I want all of this resolved this weekend. I'm tired of waiting.
