IF Shamalan had stuck with some of the original plot and dialogue from the cartoon, the movie would have been good for both adults AND children without any problem. the REAL issue was the fact that this movie wasn't written for anyone who hasn't seen the cartoon, nor anyone who HAS! it was just confusing. And stupid.
