I've done the rounds of the local shops near Binghamton, NY, so here are some of the places that you can find SIGNED copies of Well of Sorrows. Some also have copies of the anthology Close Encounters of the Urban Kind as well as the three books in the Throne of Amenkor trilogy: The Skewed Throne, The Cracked Throne, and The Vacant Throne. Most places will be happy to take phone orders and mail the copies to you, some without a shipping charge! So if you're looking for a signed copy, give these places a call!

Binghamton University On-Campus Bookstore: (607) 777-2745; Webpage; they have all of the books, including the hardcovers of the Throne of Amenkor trilogy.

RiverRead Bookstore: (607) 217-7292; Webpage; they have all of the books, including the hardcovers of the Throne of Amenkor trilogy.

Fat Cat Books: (607) 797-9111; Webpage; they have all of the books, including the hardcovers of the Throne of Amenkor trilogy.

Barnes & Noble: (607) 770-9505; Webpage; they only have Well of Sorrows in stock, but can order the paperbacks of the Throne of Amenkor series and Close Encounters of the Urban Kind.

Oneonta On-Campus Red Dragon Bookstore: (607) 436-2140; Webpage; they have Well of Sorrows and the paperbacks of the Throne of Amenkor series.

Flights of Fantasy: (518) 435-9337; Webpage; they have Well of Sorrows and a few copies of the paperbacks of the Throne of Amenkor series.

Most of these are local independent bookstores (except the obvious ones), so if you like to support the local stores, give them a call!

Also, I will be at Balticon this coming weekend and will be throwing a release party along with three other authors with new books out this month, including Laura Anne Gilman, Jeri Smith-Ready, and David J. Williams. Here's my con schedule. If you're in the area, swing on by for the party! You'll have to find one (or all) of the hosting authors in order to get one of the invitations in order to attend. (That way, we can serve alcohol at the party.) And if you intend to drink any alcohol at the party, make certain you bring an ID. Larry Smith is bringing copies of the books, and they will be available at the party for purchase (as well as throughout the rest of the con).

Friday:

9-11pm: Meet the Guests

Saturday:

10am: Necromancers in Folklore
8pm: BookPushers Book Release

Sunday:

1:30pm: Reading: Well of Sorrows
3pm: Autograph Session

And there you have it! Find us! Come to the party! Come to the panels! I command you to stalk Benjamin Tate! (Just look for the blond hair.)

You're kidding? Really? Wow, you're right. Boy, am I glad I didn't wait.

It downloaded just fine for me. I checked, and that book is in my media library on Amazon. It even let me send it to my husband's Kindle, too, so they haven't pulled a 1984 or anything.

I am starting to think their programmers aren't as smart as you might expect for a major retailer.
