First up, Indiana Jim ([livejournal.com profile] jlawrenceperry) did an interview with me at Balticon last year and it has finally made it live on the net. Here's the link if you want to check it out. It may be mildly amusing. He does point out that The Vacant Throne is eligible for a HUGO nomination, and since today is the LAST DAY to send in those nominations . . . here's your friendly reminder and a not so subtle hint to consider my book as one of your nominations.

I've decided this year that I will continue donating hardcover copies of my first two books to libraries. So, if your local library does not have the books, send me an email at jpalmatier@sff.net with the address for the library and, if there is one, the name of the contact person for that library. If you aren't sure if your library accepts donations, or if you don't know if they have a contact person, a quick phone call to your library should provide the answer. So send in those addresses! I'll get the books mailed out ASAP.

I intend to do this all year, and hope to provide reminders at the end of each month. Unfortunately, I'll have to restrict the donations to US addresses only, due to the postage costs outside the US being rather high.

And speaking of hardcovers, if you'd like to buy the hardcovers but your local bookstore can't seem to get their hands on them, you can always get them from me. I have . . . a few copies sitting around. *ahem* Here are the prices:

Hardcover Copies:

The Skewed Throne: $15
The Cracked Throne: $15
The Vacant Throne): $20

I'd ask that if you'd like paperbacks that you get them from your local bookstore. That helps my sales record. And all bookstores should still be able to get their hands on all of the paperbacks with relative ease. However, if you've tried the local bookstore and just don't want to have them order them (or you'd REALLY like to have signed copies), I do have those available as well at $8 each.

All prices are for US addresses. I can give you a quote for the books for an address outside the US if you send me an email with the address you'd like them shipped to and then you can decide if it's worth it.

So, if you're interested in the hardcovers (or paperbacks), send me an email at jpalmatier@sff.net with what you'd like and we can figure out how to handle the payment. (I do have Paypal.) And of course, I'd be willing to sign the copies before mailing them out, personalized even, if you want.

Most generous of you! I have all three now, so I don't have a pressing need for more. I do hope tho find THE VACANT THRONE in paperback to keep in my collection. My plan is to give the hard back version to the Library that I suggested you send the first two books to.
Had a discount sticker for Barnes and Noble that would have expired at the end of February. Went in with the hope of finding it in paperback. It wasn't there, but I did find one of PBRAY's... the last one on the shelf.
