I can report that B&N in Burbank has several copies of "The Vacant Throne", on their "New SF&Fantasy" shelves.
What they do NOT appear to have, on the normal shelves, is any copies of "The Cracked Throne" or "The Skewed Throne". Which is not very bright of them.
