Except for the blue bear. Details, please.
Isn't Sept essentially the beginning of summer (thus HOT) in Australia? If so, I suspect they did that because they got cheaper rates.
Hence, why ALA does brilliant things like Chicago for mid-winter and New Orleans for the Annual Con in June.
