Another Update

So . . . managed to finish the revision of chapter 4 and 5 today, including the addition of a totally new scene. It only added 5 pages, perhaps 6. But it feels like a good addition. I'll reread it tomorrow and see what I think. But I should have the first half of the book revised by the end of Saturday.

Usually I find that if I know exactly what I'm doing, it melds perfectly with the surrounding scenes. Like it was supposed to be there all along.

That's what happened here. I didn't even change the emotional content when I went back to reread it. Just changed a few words.
