Congratulations to [livejournal.com profile] jennifer_dunne, who survived the final edit for the Romance Writers of America portion of CBS's morning show this morning. She knew she was in the roughly edited tape, but wasn't sure if she'd make the final cut . . . but she did! Hopefully everyone who watched the show this morning saw her and was inspired to run out and buy all her books. She was the one who spoke eloquently, was dressed to die for, and who appeared sparkly and brilliant.

And who said things like "You're not limited to the master bedroom, in the missionary position, with the lights off." And my favorite, "Say your hero's a vampire who accidentally bites the heroine and -- oops! -- makes her one of the undead. That's got to affect the plot."

Most importantly, nothing embarrassing for parents to see! (Although, coming, as it did, after a segment on baby boomer sex parties...)
