Commendable Crit Contest Finalists

The Commendable Crit Contest (run this past month over at The Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror Online Writing Workshop) has ended and we've entered the second stage of the contest. Thanks to everyone who participated! I hope that you received many critiques that will help you improve your writing, and in particular, those stories. I also hope you learned a few things about writing while critting the other members of the contest. I've narrowed the contestants down to five finalists from those new to the workshop, and five finalists from those who've been part of the workshop for a while. And those finalists are:

Congratulations! I will now spend the next 10 days looking over the reviews that were given so that I can pick out the winners of the contest for each category. These finalists were chosen using the scores given by the other contestants for the reviews, as well as how many much you participated in the contest (how many reviews you gave). I'll announce the winners of the contest on March 15th.
