Since I still do not have literary representation, I cannot include myself in the list of illustrious writers who have graciously posted their query letters. Yet as I've mentioned in an earlier comment, mine seems to be somewhat successful, and that being the case, I've posted it on my own page. Perhaps it is good enough to help someone newer to the "game" than me. Additionally, should any of you who are more advanced in the writing/publishing world care to comment upon or critique it, I surely would not mind.
Joshua, I re read your comments on query letters and was struck by what you said regarding the correct honorific. (Mr. Mrs. or Ms.) Anyway my sources tell me that if one is unsure, that a quick phone call to the agency to ask, "Is it Mr. or Ms. Jones?" is perfectly acceptable. I'd rather do that than run the risk of offending Mr. Jones by addressing my letter to Ms. or Mrs. Jones.
