You don't seem to have much trouble selling in synopsis, so I'll assume you're brilliant and follow you're lead ;-).
FWIW, I kind of did like Breath of Heaven, but as a second choice. And if you use it to mean something else in the first book, I'm afraid you're stuck ;-/
