Last Few Days of Contest #1
Everyone, the last few days of the first contest I set up for the release of the paperback of The Cracked Throne are here! This is the easiest one to enter, requiring almost no actual work on your part. I've tried to make it as simple as possible. So here goes the reminder:
The idea is simple: I need to get the word out about the release of The Cracked Throne [Hardcover: Amazon, Mysterious Galaxy; Paperback: Amazon, Mysterious Galaxy] in paperback, so I'd like to enlist your help. All you need to do is mention the following three things in your blog:
1. The Cracked Throne by Joshua Palmatier has been released in paperback.
2. An excerpt is available at www.joshuapalmatier.com.
3. And that The Vacant Throne will be released in January 2008.
You can include these three things in any way that you want, as long as they're all present in the same blog entry. If you've read The Skewed Throne [Hardcover: Amazon, Mysterious Galaxy; Paperback: Amazon, Mysterious Galaxy] or even The Cracked Throne [Hardcover: Amazon, Mysterious Galaxy; Paperback: Amazon, Mysterious Galaxy], you can include what you thought about the books, but that's not necessary. I'd just like people to know about the books. They won't sell if people don't know they exist. So help spread the word!
And what do you have a chance to win? Why, a free copy of The Vacant Throne [Hardcover: Amazon, Mysterious Galaxy]! I'll be giving away 5 copies to 5 lucky winners as soon as the contest ends, which will be on January 9th (one week after The Vacant Throne is released).
If you do decide to enter (and the odds are pretty good that if you do enter, you'll win), you need to email me at jpalmatier@sff.net saying you've entered and what your LJ name is or give me a link to your blog. Here are the people that I have entered in the contest so far. If you entered earlier and AREN'T ON THIS LIST, then you need to email me immediately. It means I did not find you blog entry in any of my numerous searches over the past two months.
